Schaumburg firefighter/paramedics and Illinois State Police responded about 11:40 a.m. Monday to car vs. pole crash on the southbound ramp of Route 53 to westbound Interstate 90. Emergency responders received a report that a car hit a utility pole and ended up in a ditch. One person was reported injured and possibly trapped in his vehicle.
